Abstract

The aim of this work is to acquaint you with this issue, because it is a novelty in the market and proposal to raise the efficiency of this system in the ČEZ Group. To achieve the objective, I proceeded to regular visits to the ČEZ Group, where I have tried all the functional components of ECM. I was so thoroughly acquainted with each component, has developed a detailed description of each section. Based on the experience I then offered advice, which in my opinion, helped to intensify the use of the system and ultimately improve productivity. My recommendation will cover mainly of ECM Mail Room component. That in itself is the largest and most complex. I propose to allow the officer, to process the document, now it can only do this processor. Since I do not attack any other technical changes that could be made in the system, so my recommendations will focus on the human side of things. I focused on the specialization of individual workers in the labor act. This means that I would recommend that each worker focused on a specific area that would process the system, it can be the most familiar, and the entire sequence of steps will take place at a higher level and higher quality than the "diverse" job, where one day worker works for incoming mail and the next day to outgoing mails. Given that the recommendations concerning the processing of the document by officer was accepted by ČEZ Group, I consider the work a successful.
