The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify a corrosion resistance of aluminium alloy AA1050 at SWAAT test condition for the purpose of inter laboratory correlation. Corrosion resistance will be evaluated using a gravimetric method and gained dissolution rates should be used as a criterion for alignment/set up of the test chambers aggressiveness. The theoretical part is devoted to mechanism of corrosion at SWAAT test condition. Aggressiveness alignment of three test chamber is done in experimental part of this work. It is based on coupons weight losses comparison with aim to identify the dissolution rate for aluminium alloy AA1050.
