Hodnocení kontroly kvality u vybraného dodavatele v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the quality control of a selected supplier in the automotive industry. The goal of the thesis is also to propose the most efficient and low cost improvement of the process in which a defect is discovered. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined basic terms, historical development and individual quality characters. Basic quality tools and quality methods are also described used for improve the quality management system. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis is characterized the company PROfair spol. s. r. o. and the process of control and production at DAS Czech Republic, s. r. o. is characterized too. The defects found during the check are analyzed using a paret diagram and the main causes of the defects are identified by ishikawa diagram. At the end of the thesis are proposed solutions of the main causes of defects.
