Abstract

The title of bachelor thesis is Family Business with focus on the Firm Inn and Brewery U Koníčka. It is based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of family business presents findings obtained in family firms in the context of theoretical sources and proposes measures to further develop the business surveyed families. The work is divided into two thematic areas. The first part is designed to provide a theoretical basis and methodological framework for the practical part. The second part describe selected family who started their own businesses from the so-called zero subjected to examine and evaluate the basis of theoretical knowledge.
