Inovace řízení vypalovací pece

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with kilns, their using at industry and especially inovation kiln control on specific example. It´s resulting existing condition in the same case according to which suggesting modernization of the kiln control. This inovation contains applicatting suitable existing devices, including change of outdated devices. It also counts with system´s control replacement for new suitable programmable logic controller with required peripherals and enought number of digital and analog inputs and outputs. The result of this proposed and realizated inovation should be improvement efficiency of kilns cycle, makes kilns cotrol easier and reduce operating costs.
