Recyklace neshodných výrobků vznikajících při výrobě magnetů

Abstract

Thesis is introducing the study, which is describing an example of manufacturing of permanent magnets using dry milling technology of nonconforming products. The first part of thesis is theoretical, it is introducing the theory of magnets and possibbilities of application of magnets. It is specifying manufacturing processes of permanent magnets and mentioning the hard ferrite magnets. Experimental part is describing the miling on vibrating mill, taking the samples, granulometric analysis of samples and observing the behaviour of samples using a microscope in Laboratory of Bulk Materials, the workplace of ENET centre at VSB – TU Ostrava, and simulation of milling process on laboratory vibrating mill at VSB – TU Ostrava. The final part is about evaluating and comparing of the results and suggesting the action packages.
