Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a proposal of the organizational structure of production plants after the centralization in the company TATRA TRUCKS a.s. The theoretical part is a research dealing with organizing activities, setting organizational structures and managing performance in a manufacturing company. In the practical part there is a proposal of the organizational structure of centralized production plants, which is based on the analysis of factors influencing the organizational structure and requirements for effective management of the order execution process and design of metrics for performance management.
