Predikce léčby poruch koagulace po kardiochirurgických operacích

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with a prediction of the coagulation disorders treatment after cardiac surgery. At the beginning, there is a theoretical part which deals with a process of coagulation in the human body. For its diagnosis, it is used tromboelastometry and coagulation examination which is observed more closely in next chapters. The problem of most frequently used transfusion substances and their derivates is mentioned as well. The problem of fuzzy logic is observed in the practical part of the thesis. The first section of the part is focused on a choice of suitable input and output variables. A list of rules, which are tested furthermore, follows. The last part deals with testing of the rules on the basis of real data by verifying the function of the model and following analysis.
