Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is an analysis of use of financial services. The aim of this thesis is to conduct a survey and find out how often and in what situations people look for assistance of financial advisory services or what motivates people to cooperate with a financial specialist.

At the same time, another aim was to learn why people refuse and do not use other citizens´ services, and to formulate suggestions to retain current clients and also obtain new clients.

The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part gives a characteristics of a company “Partners“ and their method of gathering data and information.

The practical part includes an evaluation and analysis of collected information and also suggestions and propositions.

These suggestions should work as a source of information to satisfy clients of financial advisory services in general, and, also as a proposal to gain new clients and raise financial awareness in the area of financial advisory services.
