Analýza rozdílů v motivaci pracovníků ve výrobním a nevýrobním podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis is analyzing the main difference between employee motivation in a productive company versus a non-productive company. The diploma thesis put a focus on the assessment, what is the difference in employee motivation in productive and non-productive companies. The theoretical section contains a description of motivation, analyses of motivational factors and remuneration systems, which leads to an increased employee performance in the company. The practical section evaluates using a questionnaire survey using frequency and distribution analysis. At the end of the practical section is the assessment, it is concluded that the financial burden would have the proposed changes in motivation for the company.
