Restaurace s penzionem

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o výstavbě dvoupatrového objektu bez podsklepení, s plochou střechou, situovaného v Hlučíně na ulici Polní. Objekt slouží jako restaurace s penzionem. Práce obsahuje konstrukční návrh, včetně technické zprávy, energetický štítek obálky budovy a vybrané detaily objektu vyhodnocené programem Area 2011 a Teplo 2011. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází kancelář, sklad, kuchyň, zázemí pro zaměstnance, restaurace a šest pokojů penzionu se sociálním zařízením. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je tvořeno osmi pokoji se sociálním zařízením a z části plochou pochozí střechou. Rozdělením ploché střechy na dvě úrovně získá objekt moderní vzhled.

The thesis deals with the construction of two-storey building without a basement, with a flat roof, situated in Hlučín, Polni street. The building serves as a restaurant and guesthouse. The work includes design, including technical reports, energy labeling of building and selected details of the object evaluated by the program Area 2011and Heat 2011. On the first floor there is an office, storeroom, kitchen, employee facilities, restaurants and six rooms with sanitary facilities. The second floor consists of eight rooms with bathroom and walk-on part of the flat roof. By dividing the flat roof into two levels the building gets a modern look.
