Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of current approaches in the product quality planning in the organization Stant Ltd. The opening part contains requirements for each single phase of product development using various methodologies. The practical part is focused on analyzing and comparing the current state of quality planning in the organization according to the APQP method (Advanced Product Quality Planing) in the organization Stant Ltd. In the last part of the bachelor thesis are defined proposals for improvement of the current state in this organization.
