Abstract
This thesis focuses on the topic of different legal types of companies and individuals. It contains information about theoretical terms such as little to medium enterprise. The thesis describes how is each kind of legal company different from one another. The author aks herself the question, which legal type is best suited for her field of business. In applicational part she builds business plan for her company. Her specific field is real estate market. The author further researches, whether being an individual businessman is more beneficial than owning a limited company.
