Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with determination of the range of applicability of linear velocity of fire spread in calculations of forces and equipment. In paper parameters for present and alternative way of determination of forces and equipment are described. At first present way of determination is summarized. Second chapter introduces alternative way of determination of forces and equipment. In third chapter calculations are done, results are compared and limits of applicability of linear velocity of fire spread are determined.
