Abstract

The high developed society continually requires higher quality of building materials. The target is to obtain products of higher duality and long service life in order to achieve higher values of economic and environmental aspects. Therefore it s important to pay attention to the durability of these products and their surface layers. In the theoretical part of this work are described types of surfaces, concrete structures, affecting aspects appearance, durability and methods of verification of thein properties. Futhermore, concise description of alkali-activated inorganic polymers. The practical part deals with research into the properties of surface layers of concrete with alkali-activated applications of inorganic polymers.
