Abstract
This diploma´s work is dealing with problems of marketing communication in the service sector. Its main objective was to improve marketing communications of the Thai massage salon using appropriately selected marketing tools. The work is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter characterizes the salon, describes its history, offering services, price list and business environment. The following chapter deals with the theoretical basis related to marketing communications. The next part deals with the methodology of data collection and therefore the methods of realization. In the fifth chapter is an analysis of marketing communications Thai massage. It is divided into 3 sections. The first are evaluated all the answers from the questionnaire, the second is an analysis of the current situation and the third contains a proposal for marketing communications. This chapter is followed by a part that contains suggestions and recommendations. The last chapter is the conclusion.
