Abstract

The subject matter of this diploma thesis is a draft to a three – floor guesthouse with additional spa and wellness center. The main purpose of this object is being supplementet of a cafe place. The project deals with a draft to an in side water pipeline as well as a water and sewer hook – up. The water pipeline is being completed with circulation, the draft contains a fire water mains too. Furthermore the draft deals with a reuse of rain water obtained in order to flush toilets and watering the garden. One part of this thesis sonsists of the bulidings´ energy performance proof and the theromotechnical assessment of building structures. This diploma thesis includes text part, annexes and drawing documentation.
