Abstract

Purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is to set up bussines plan of limited partnership company and describe process during establishment of limited partnership company. Thesis has theoretical-application disposition.

In theoretical part is described conception and importace of small and medium companies, comparation of different forms of business focused on chase from Commercial code to Civil code and Business corporations act. In bachelor thesis is described establishment and origin of limited partnership company, its advantages and changes. Important part of limited partnership company, are authorities of the company among which belongs top authority (General meeting) and corporate authority (Transactor). Another subject of theoretical part is characterization of sources of financing, among which belongs own and foreign sources. Further is described compilation of business plan and its importance before company establishment. In business plan are single points and advices.

In application part is created process of establishment of limited partnership company from administration side according to new Business corporations act. Policy of chosen Company is padded with attachments, which are filled and represented at the end of bachelor thesis. Creation of business plan is second part of application part. In business plan is created limited partnership Company called Donut s láskou, s. r. o., which is padded with pictures of selected products. Important point in business plan is compilation of financial plan. Financial plan is counted in pessimistic and optimistic version.
