Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the establishment of a family business. The aim is to describe and subsequently apply all administrative and legal obligations leading to the establishment of a family business and subsequently to create selected rules for the involvement of the family in business. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is the theoretical part, which is devoted to the issue of the business environment in the Czech Republic with a focus on family business. It also describes an overview of legal forms of business with a focus on a limited liability company. Last but not least, a business plan is described. The second main part of the work is the practical part, which is devoted to the application of legal and administrative obligations in starting a business. It describes the origin of the fictional family business Bistro SVÁČA, Ltd., which focuses on the preparation of quality, freshly made snacks and drinks. The company is introduced through a business plan and a family constitution.
