Měření spokojenosti fanoušků hokejového klubu

Abstract

The theme of this Bachelor thesis is Supporter Satisfaction Measurement of the Hockey Club. The aim of the thesis is to identify level of supporter satisfaction of the HCO Třinec ice hockey extraligue team with the individual factors from different areas or to identify their dissatisfaction. The theoretical part describe the characteristic of HCO Třinec and described ambience in which it is located. Subsequently, theoretical basis for satisfaction measurement is defined. The following is a practical part in which a survey was conducted using a questionnaires, based on results, the level of supporter satisfaction was analyzed and the solution was suggested.
