Finanční analýza dceřiné společnosti holdingu SYNOT

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou finančního zdraví společnosti SYNOT OSTRAVA a.s. Na začátku je popsaná problematika finanční analýzy, metody, které jsou pro analýzu finančního zdraví použity, teoretická východiska finanční analýzy a její charakteristika. Dále obsahuje použité vzorce pro výpočet nejdůležitějších ukazatelů zadluženosti, rentability, likvidity a aktivity. Zkoumá finanční zdraví společnosti a upozorňuje na její problémy především v oblasti rentability. Rovněž je použit pyramidový rozklad rentability tržeb a provedena citlivostní analýza metodou postupných změn.

The Bachelors thesis deals with the financial health of SYNOT OSTRAVA Inc. At the beginning there are described issues of financial analysis, methods that are used in the analysis of financial health, theoretical basis of financial analysis and its characteristic. It also contains used formulas for calculation the most important indicators of leverage, profitability, liquidity and activity. It examines financial health of the company and highlights the problems occur mainly in the area of profitability. There is also used pyramidal decomposition of profitability of sales and there is as well performed sensitivity analysis method of successive changes.
