Abstract

This graduation thesis contains view of the topology development and the function principles of amplifier output stage in the commercial and proffesional technics. The dominant theme of this work are switching mode power amplifiers, that differs from precursor in discrete processing of input signal, and in use of pulse width modulation at the output. Very important part of the amplifier in class D is the output filter and used modulation, that is reason for addicted chpater with describe of output filter design and the modulation techniques. The most intresting is conception of amplifier without output filter, the filterless switching amplifier. This philosophy is used in the modern portable devices. As the name of work presenting, the main part contains a design and realization of audio power amplifier in the higher descripted class. The last part deals with measurments of designed amplifier and highlights benefits of this ideology.
