Abstract

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the management and treatment of biodegradable waste from catering establishments. There are characterized types of waste generated in catering establishments, the amount of valid ways of handling legislation. Specific examples of the production of downstream processing BRO, also companies that deal with the management of bio-waste processing methods that can be used in the processing of biological waste. The conclusion suggests ways to improve efficiency when dealing with this kind of waste in terms of environmental and economical costs.
