Abstract

Content of bachelor´s thesis is to analyze marketing of tennis club and to propose marketing plan for its further development. This thesis is about Tennis Club Havirov. Bachelor´s thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains of explnations of key words such as marketing, marketing analysis, marketing planning, SWOT analysis and characterization of Tennis Club Havirov. The practical part contains of the analysis of external micro and macro, a survey of customer satisfaction and SWOT analysis. At the end are proposed the ways how to improve services provided to customers and summarization of bachelor´s thesis.
