Specifika hospodaření měst a obcí Olomouckého kraje

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretickou část, kde je seznámení s pojmy, jako je rozpočet, veřejná správa a obce. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá konkrétními vybranými obcemi a městy a analyzuje a zhodnocuje jejich hospodaření. Analyzuje se pět hledisek za skutečnost a schválený rozpočet. U zhodnocení se pak jedná v těchto pěti hledisek za přepočet na obyvatele.

The bachelor thesis contains a theoretical part, where there is an introduction to conpepts such as budget, public administration and municipalities. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis deals with specific selected municipalities and cities and analyzes and evaluates their management. Five aspects for reality and the approved budget are analyzed. In these five respects, the evaluation is then calculated per capita.
