Návrh na rozšíření těžby v lomu Libodřice

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracován návrh na rozšíření těžby v lomu Libodřice. V lomu je dobýván stavební kámen – amfibolit, z něhož je vyráběno drcené kamenivo. Báze dobývání je v kamenolomu Libodřice v současnosti povolena na úroveň 290,0 m.n.m. Rozšíření těžby navrhuje využití zásob na úroveň 260,0 m.n.m. a plošné rozšíření lomu mimo hranice stávajícího povolení. Využití zásob je uvažováno v jámovém stěnovém lomu o šesti těžebních řezech s jedním skrývkovým řezem, na pozemcích ve vlastnictví těžební organizace i jiných vlastníků. V první části práce jsou zpracovány údaje o geologii, hydrogeologii a jakostní charakteristika ložiska. Další části jsou zaměřeny na postupy dobývání, objemy zásob, odvodňování kamenolomu, technologii úpravy a na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. Poslední část řeší sanaci a rekultivaci území po ukončení dobývání,a vyčíslení nákladů na sanaci a rekultivaci. V závěru práce je provedeno technicko-ekonomické a ekologické vyhodnocení navrženého řešení. Řešení návrhu je rovněž znázorněno v mapových přílohách.

In the presented work, a project on the enlargement of extraction in Libodřice Quarry is elaborated. In this quarry, building stone – amphibolite - is extracted. Crushed aggregates are produced here. Nowadays, the base of opencast mining in the Libodřice Stone Quarry is permitted up to the level of 290,0 metres above the sea level. The enlargement of the quarrying suggests the utilization of the supplies up to the level of 260,0 metres above the sea level, and the areal expansion off the limit of the mined area which has currently been permitted. The utilization of the supplies is proposed in the quarry with six mining benches with one stripping bench, on the plots in the ownership of the mining organization and on the plots of other owners. In the first part of the work data on geology, hydrogeology, and quality characteristics of the deposit are processed. The following parts are focused on the methods of extraction, the capacity of the supplies, drainage of the stone quarry, technology of treatment, safety measures and protecting of health at work. Another part deals with the possibility of remedial measures and the reclamation of the land after the termination of the excavation, and the quantification of the costs of both remedial measures and the reclamation of the land. In the conclusion, technical-economic and ecological assessment of the proposed project is carried out.
