Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to use strategic analysis to develop specific proposals and recommendations for a selected engineering company. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge related to the development of strategic analysis. The next part is devoted to the introduction of the selected company. The history of the company and its current operations are presented. The following part is devoted to the actual creation of the strategic analysis of the selected company. In this part, the analysis of the company's external environment, financial analysis and SWOT analysis are presented. The last part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations resulting from the conducted strategic analysis.
