Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on improving the quality management system in the production of food supplements at FAVEA a.s., with special emphasis on managing outsourced processes. The theoretical part summarizes key principles of quality management, supplier management, outsourcing, and risk analysis. The practical part analyzes the current state of the quality management system against the ISO 9001:2015 standard and identifies key weaknesses related to externally provided activities. Based on the findings, a strategy for effective management of cooperative partners is proposed, utilizing tools such as checklists, flowcharts, and responsibility matrices. The thesis provides concrete recommendations for enhancing the stability and quality of cooperative relationships.
