Transformace Armády ČR a její profesionalizace v rámci struktur NATO

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá probíhající Transformací resortu Ministerstva obrany České republiky. Žádný jiný resort nečelil takovým překážkám v podobě neplánovaných rozpočtových škrtů jako Ministerstvo obrany České republiky. Práce pojednává o problematice transformace AČR a proto je v charakteristice popsána struktura daného resortu. Práce by měla seznámit čtenáře se stavem, ve kterém se resort Ministerstva obrany nachází, kam směřuje, a s jeho strategickými cíli. Dále je zde vysvětlen pojem „Transformace“ a popsán její cíl a oblasti zaměření. V předposlední části práce se věnuji působení ČR na mezinárodní scéně a porovnání v rámci struktur NATO. Práce hodnotí důležitost transformace a rovnováhy mezi plánovanými finančními prostředky a finanční prostředky pro resort Ministerstva obrany schválenými vládou České republiky.

This Bachelor work is about ongoing transformation of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. Any other department has not faced up such a obstruction and unplanned budget cuts as the Ministry of Defence. For better understanding of this problem there is closer description of the structure of the department. This work is supposed to introduce the readers the situation in which the department is being right now, where it is heading, and its strategic goals. Next, there is an explanation of the conception „Transformation“ and described its aim and goals. Next to last part of my work I tutn it to an action of the Czech Armed Forfec being compared into a structure of the NATO policy. The conclusion of my work sum ups the importance of the transformation and a balance between the planning financial resources and financial resources of the Ministry of Defence approved by the government of the Czech Republic.
