Abstract

The study is concerned with representation in tax proceedings. Its aim is to create a compact view on problems of representation in tax management and to point out possibilities and conditions having the influence on the choice of individual forms of representation. In the first part, basic concepts concerning with tax proceedings are presented. The thesis then explains an individual forms of these representations and the last part deals with tax counselling and qualified experts providing that.
