Biocel Paskov a.s. a ochrana obyvatelstva

Abstract

My bachelor degree thesis is about population protection during an industrial accident. The introduction pursues the history of paper and the manufacture of pulp. The thesis concerns Biocel Paskov a.s. and contains concise information about the company. The chemical substances used for bleaching the pulp are described there. ETA analysis is used for the evaluation of risks and ALOHA programme is used for the simulation of leakage of dangerous substances. In my thesis, optimal precautions for population protection of the Zaben village are proposed.
