Technologický postup při provádění pokrývačských prací zadaného objektu

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to set the technological process to cover a roof area with selected roofing. The object for the thesis is an apartment block with six residential units, which includes one customizable apartment serving for use by persons with reduced mobility. This building structure is covered with a hipped roof for which concrete roof tiles stacked on battens will be used. The proposed roofing and other roof products including a rainwater drainage system will be constructed in a system of a manufacturer BRAMAC roof systems limited company. An inseparable part of this work is a project documentation of the apartment block. The degree of processing documentation is in a scope for a release of the building permit according to Annex 1 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation. Other documents are: an itemized project budget, a work schedule and a project of arrangements of a construction site. At the end of the thesis the evaluation of achieved results of the discussed technology is presented.
