Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of process of project management of the test cars in Skoda Auto Company. The Skoda Auto Company is introduced in the opening chapter of the thesis. The next chapter is devoted to the issue of project management and the methods, which the given issue applies. The following chapter is devoted to the process of project management of the test cars. In the next chapter an analysis of the current state of managing of the given issue is made. The last chapter deals with the implementation of remedial measures proposed in the previous chapter.
