Sanace a rekultivace na území Dolů Nástup Tušimice

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit dnes velmi diskutované téma, kterým jsou sanace a rekultivace. Sanace a rekultivace po hornické činnosti jsou jednou z důležitých součástí severočeského regionu. Zákon č. 44/1988 Sb. o ochranně a využití nerostného bohatství (horní zákon) ukládá každé těžební společnosti, tedy i SD a.s., povinnost upravit těžební prostor po ukončení těžby do požadovaného stavu dle předložené dokumentace POPD. Pro tuto činnost musí společnosti již během těžby vytvářet rezervní fondy, ze kterých se tyto sanace a rekultivace financují.

Aim of this work is to introduce discussed topics nowadays, which are remediation and reclamation. Remediation and reclamation after mining activities are important part and parcel of the North Bohemia Region. It deals with Law No 44/1988 in the statute books for the Protection and Utilization of Mineral Resources (the Mining Act). It requires for each mining companies including SD a.s. to restore the environment after the mining is finished. This is according submitted documentation the plan of development, preparation and extraction. Therefore the companies have to set up the reserve funds of which remediation and reclamation are financed.
