Vyhodnocení pracovních úrazů pomocí vybraných metodik a ukazatelů BOZP

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of occupational accidents in the company UNEX Slévárna, Ltd., with a focus on the fettling department. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze occupational accidents in the period from 2023 to 2025, identify their main causes, and propose measures to reduce their occurrence.The theoretical part defines the basic concepts in the field of OHS, describes the legislative framework in the Czech Republic, and presents selected methods for evaluating accident rates using chosen „Lagging“ and „Leading“ indicators. The practical part includes an analysis of the working environment and activities at the selected workplace. The evaluation of accident rates is carried out using the TRIR and NMFR indicators, on the basis of which the key risk factors are identified. The thesis thus provides practically applicable outputs for improving the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system in the given company.
