Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with complex evaluation of employee work of Mahr, s.r.o. company and with introduction of changes to the wage payment system of this company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theoretical definition of the basic concepts which are related to the wage payment issues, wage payment system and its creation, including the characteristics of the individual methods of evaluation of the employee work. The second part includes the analysis of the current wage payment system of the company with the description of factors which influence remuneration within the company. In the final part, there is the proposal and suggestion for a new wage payment system made according to the chosen analytical method, which could bring more transparent and more motivational system of remuneration for the company and its employees.
