Využití 3D tisku v prostředí průmyslového podniku

Abstract

3D printers are increasingly being used in various industries, such as automotive, aerospace, healthcare, or construction. This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities and advantages of using 3D printing in an industrial enterprise that specializes in producing parts for various industries. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state and potential of 3D printing in the enterprise. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical foundations of 3D printing, its history, principles, and technologies. The second part of the thesis focuses on the types of 3D printers used in industrial enterprises, which includes data provided by employees of a real industrial enterprise, an analysis of the 3D printing market, and a comparison between competing enterprises. The third part of the thesis presents materials suitable for use in 3D printers for various applications in the enterprise, such as prototyping, spare parts, custom design, or personalization. The fourth part of the thesis presents software used for 3D printing. The fifth part of the thesis deals with the possibility of using AI in conjunction with 3D printing. The sixth part is the use of 3D printers compared to traditional manufacturing methods, such as plastic injection molding, milling, or machining. The final part of the thesis summarizes the main findings and recommendations for implementing 3D printing in the enterprise.
