Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at the analysis of top management’s remuneration system in the company Gumárny Zubří, a.s. The theoretical part is based on technical literature, which is dealing with employees’ remuneration and their motivation. The practical part is analyzing current top management’s remuneration system of the company, which is consequently expressed in costs. Based on findings from sociological research, the utility of current remuneration system is evaluated, in case insufficiencies are found; I will recommend solutions, which would lead to improvement of current system.
Main aim of this bachelor’s thesis is evaluation of top management’s remuneration system utility in the company Gumárny Zubří, a.s, followed by recommendations for its improvement.
