Abstract
The ever increasing usage of electric power and the emphasis on environmental protection lead to increase in efficiency of nuclear power plants while complying with all safety requirements. In this article I am going to describe the use of the design reserves in the increase of the generator output of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant.
