Pracovní spokojenost

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní spokojeností zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a zjistit stav pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti Jaspa, s. r. o., a na základě zjištěných výsledků identifikovat nedostatky v organizaci a tedy míru nespokojenosti zaměstnanců. První část práce tvoří interpretace pracovní spokojenosti podle odborné literatury. Druhou část tvoří vyhodnocení stavu pracovní spokojenosti ve firmě Jaspa, s. r. o. V závěru práce jsou na základě zjištěných výsledku vypracována doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců této firmy.

This work is concerned with the satisfaction of employees. Aim of this work is to examine and determine the state of job satisfaction of Jaspa, Ltd. copany employees and also to identify the weaknesses in the organization and therefore degree of dissatisfaction of employees based on the observed results The first part is the interpretation of job satisfaction according to the literature. The second part consists of evaluating of the state of job satisfaction in the company Jaspa Ltd. The conclusion contains recommendations which could lead to increasing in job satisfaction of employees of this company based on findings.
