Abstract

SVANCÁROVÁ, Kristína. The clearing construction volume study, Ostrava- Svinov city, 2017. Diploma thesis. Number of pages: 62 Subject of diploma thesis is to make a project of building, that will fill nowadays gap between two existing buildings. The gap is situated in front of railway station Ostrava- Svinov. The function of the building is three star Hotel Garni with cafe. The building has 3 floors with loft-room and 2 underground floors used as garage with car-lift. In the groundfloor there is the cafe and hotel management rooms. In upper floors there are hotel rooms. The thesis is make as volume study including static traffic, typology and barrier-free areas. Diploma thesis also solves number of parking places, cost calculation and drainage of rainwater.
