The bachelors thesis includes a detached house project design. It is divided into two parts. First part is focused on the project documentation of detached house. Second part is about building services, especially it is focused on the house heating system and domestic hot water heating.Primary heat source of the building is a gas condensing boiler. Supplementary heat source is a solar water heating system, which will be used for a domestic hot water heating. The house heating system is designed as a low temperature heating system. A flat panel radiators are primary used.
