Vliv přetlaku na implantabilní zdravotnické elektrické prostředky

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem přetlaku na funkci kardioverter-defibrilátorů. K experimentálnímu měření byly použity defibrilátory Contak Renewal RF4 a Cognis 100-D Errata, jejíchž stav byl monitorován pomocí programátoru ICD, Zoom Latitude v předkomoře hyperbarické komory Městské nemocnice Ostrava. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit jestli zvýšení tlaku v okolním prostředí může narušit stimulační a defibrilační funkce stimulátorů a ohrozit tak pacienta na životě. Za podmínek, které jsem měl při měření k dispozici jsem nezpozoroval žádné změny v přímé závislosti na zvyšujícím se tlaku.

My bachelor´s thesis deals the influence of pressure on the function of the cardio-defibrillators. For the experimental measurements were used defibrillators Contak Renewal RF4 and Cognis 100-D Errata, whose condition was monitored by using ICD programmer, Zoom Latitude in the pre-chamber of hyperbaric chamber of the Municipal Hospital in Ostrava. The aim of this work was to determine if the increasing of the pressure in the environment can disrupt the pacing and defibrillation function of promoters and endanger the patient's life. Under the conditions that I had for disposal while I did measurements, I noticed no changes in direct proportion to the increasing pressure.
