Abstract
Diploma thesis deals with demarcation and documentation processing of the geodetic part of the real state of the cycle-way building. The result is making out the plat map for the land partition according to valid regulation ČÚZK No. 26/2007. Total station Geodimeter and TRIMBLE 5700 (determination of GPS location) were used for measurement. All measurements were carried out in S JTSK (System of Uniform Trigonometric Network of Cadastre) and BPV (Baltic height system, after adjustment).
