Měření spokojenosti zákazníků v prodejně oděvů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating customer satisfaction in selected clothing store, Jihočeská textilní s. r. o., located in Šumperk. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the level of customer satisfaction identify the key factors influencing their perceptions, and propose measures to improve the services provided. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and measurement methods. The practical part presents the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among the store’s customers. Based on the collected data, recommendations was formulated to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
