Proces kontinuálního zlepšování ve společnosti působící v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis examines the process of continuous improvement in a company operating in the automotive industry and the subsequent motivation of employees to active involvement in this area. The main objective is to analyze the enforcement capacity of employees in the company Indet Safety Systems a.s. Vsetin in the submission of the suggestion of movement KAIZEN. Then propose appropriate measures that will be an important basis for the introduction of a new incentive system. The first chapter contains important theoretical background for understanding the process of KAIZEN. The practical part is devoted to brief introduction of the company and the current incentive program. The outcome is to identify the causes of the passivity of workers, based on a survey carried out and propose new measures that emerged from the survey.
