Abstract

The thesis deals with one of the major problems of our time – the debt relief. The aim of this thesis is to specify the basic concepts, which are related to the bankruptcy solution, and evaluate the possibility of repeated debt relief, which can be done since 2014 and the individual process of the debt relief for individuals, which were obliged to meet their liabilities. In the theoretical part was summarized the overall process of insolvency proceedings, specified insolvency Law, an entities that are involved in insolvency proceedings and the basic terms related to debt relief Institute. The practical part includes case studies which indicate the process of debt relief of debtors, who failed in the main insolvency proceedings and took the opportunity to re-submit a proposal for debt relief. Comparison of the studies and evaluation of the repeated process of debt relief comes out after applying the description method on three case studies.
