Systém vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců Městského úřadu v Kravařích

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is to analyze the existing educational and employees’ development system of the Municipality Kravaře, to make recommendations for changes and improvement of the current system. In the thesis is compared the theoretical knowledge and the reality of the employees’ education and development in the Municipality Kravaře. There were used two methods: the interview with the employee of the human recourses department and the questionnaire survey among the employees of the municipality. Only minor deficiencies were found out. Recommendations for elimination of the deficiencies were proposed at the end of the thesis.
