Vytvoření softwaru pro vyhodnocování promočních akcí

Abstract

This thesis focuses on software automation of a part of a process, in this particular case a process of orders evaluation for fulfilling conditions of promotional offers. In the first part of the thesis, the promotion offers are categorized and furthermore several new types of promotional offers are proposed. The thesis continues with describing methodology of process analysis and then goes on with analyzing the process of creating a promotion and most importantly the process of evaluating orders if they had fulfilled conditions of any promotion. The methodology DMAIC was used to improve these processes. For the process visualization, BPMN and UML (swimlane diagrams and flow charts) notations were used. Regarding analysis, we focus mainly on its course and its assistance by the means of IT and ICT technology. To improve and automatize this process, software is designed and this thesis includes flow charts of its algorithms.
