Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis „Analysis of Business Entities from the Point of View of Selected Factors Influencing Decision of Potential Employee“ determines various factors affecting decision-making process of job seekers. The Theoretical part of this Bachelor Thesis explains the basic concepts such as wage, salary, benefits and proportional index. Acquired knowledge is applied in the Practical Part of this Bachelor Thesis on an example of a specific job seeker deciding between two job offers based on his preferences.
